Terms of Service

1. The service

IndiaEXP provides an online marketplace where buyers, exporters and freight forwarders can find each other, exchange requests for quotation and communicate. IndiaEXP is not a party to any contract between users.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure and are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Listings and content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you post. You grant IndiaEXP a licence to display it on the platform. Prohibited goods and misleading listings are not allowed.

4. Transactions

Prices, payment terms, shipping and delivery are agreed directly between users. IndiaEXP does not hold funds or guarantee performance.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and IndiaEXP is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users.
